Processing vs Shipping (Important) Processing time is the time it takes for us to make your order. Shipping time is separate and begins after your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Options

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch.

• Special Delivery: Next working day from dispatch.

Delays with Royal Mail or customs are unfortunately outside of our control, but we will always help where we can.

International Shipping

• All international orders are tracked.

• Delivery time varies by country.

• Any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalised / Made-to-Order Items Because these are custom-made, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-personalised items Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
